Welcome to habitry™, a wellness service owned and operated by Shubhaswasthya Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at I 2902, Azziano, Rustomjee Urbania, Majiwada, Thane 400601, India ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.habitry.in, WhatsApp-based interactions, and all associated offerings (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

1. Eligibility

  • Minimum age to use habitry™ is 5 years.
  • Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Services Offered

habitry™ provides habit-first coaching across:

  • Habit Coaching
  • Fitness & Movement (e.g. yoga, functional training)
  • Nutrition Guidance & Meal Planning
  • Mental Well-being Coaching
  • Concierge Support via WhatsApp ("OLI")
  • Medical Screening & Report Analysis (non-diagnostic)
  • Family Wellness Programs

We are not a medical provider. All users are strongly encouraged to consult with a licensed physician before starting any program.

3. Accessing Our Service

habitry™ operates exclusively via:

  • Website: www.habitry.in
  • WhatsApp: Verified business account

There is no mobile app at present.

4. Subscription, Payment & Discounts

  • Payments accepted: UPI, Cards, Wallets
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless manually cancelled
  • No refund policy applies. Users are advised to choose plans thoughtfully.

Discounts Available:

  • 10% off on 3-month subscription
  • 15% off on 6-month subscription
  • 20% off on 12-month subscription

5. Data Privacy & User Consent

  • We store user data securely via Google Drive
  • We collect basic health-related inputs (e.g., mood, weight, dietary logs) solely for service personalization
  • All users provide digital consent during onboarding
  • habitry™ does not sell or share user data with third-party marketers

6. Medical Disclaimer

habitry™ is a wellness coaching service. We do not provide medical treatment, prescriptions, emergency support, or diagnosis.

  • Our experts are qualified wellness practitioners, not doctors
  • Users should consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition plan

8. Community Guidelines

habitry™ will soon offer a private community experience for users. This community will allow:

  • Image, video, emoji, and text sharing
  • Group-based participation in challenges, reflections, and discussion

Community participants must:

  • Be respectful and inclusive
  • Avoid harassment, trolling, hate speech, or spam
  • Comply with all platform guidelines

Violations may result in removal without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, content, systems, and service materials are owned by Shubhaswasthya Pvt. Ltd.
  • "habitry™" is a trademark of Shubhaswasthya Pvt. Ltd.
  • No user may copy, reuse, or republish our content without written permission

10. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

habitry™ currently uses:

  • Razorpay (payment processing)
  • Google Forms (onboarding & feedback)
  • Google Meet (virtual coaching)
  • WhatsApp (daily interactions, reminders)
  • Calendly (booking calls)

All tools comply with standard privacy and data security frameworks.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane or Mumbai, Maharashtra.
