Refund & Cancellation Policy

At habitry™, we are committed to delivering high-touch, personalized wellness coaching via our human-led WhatsApp and website service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, pauses, and refunds.

1. No Refunds (Standard Policy)

All habitry™ plans are non-refundable once activated. We do not offer trial periods, cooling-off windows, or partial refunds under standard usage.

Please read all plan details carefully before subscribing.

2. Exceptions: Refunds Permitted If We Fail to Deliver

In the rare case that habitry™ is unable to assign you a coach or initiate your onboarding within 5 working days of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Pause Policy (Long-Term Subscriptions Only)

We understand that life happens. If you're on a long-term plan, you can pause your subscription:

  • Quarterly Plan (3 months): 1 pause of up to 30 days allowed
  • Half-Yearly Plan (6 months): 2 pauses of up to 30 days each allowed
  • Annual Plan (12 months): 3 pauses of up to 30 days each allowed
👉 Important: No pauses allowed for Monthly plans. All pause requests must be made via WhatsApp OLI in advance. Backdated pauses will not be processed.

4. Pro-Rata Credit on Early Cancellations

If you cancel a plan mid-cycle (e.g., halfway through a quarterly plan), we do not refund the amount, but you may receive pro-rata credit that can be used within the next 6 months.

This credit can be applied toward future renewals or other habitry™ services.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  • Message OLI (our Concierge) on WhatsApp with your registered phone number
  • Provide a reason for cancellation (optional, but helps us improve)
  • Your cancellation and credits (if any) will be processed within 3 working days

6. Receipts & Billing

Receipts and payment confirmations are shared automatically via WhatsApp upon successful subscription using Razorpay.
